As the nights draw in and the trees shed the last of their yellowing leaves we are reminded that the winter is almost upon us. The impending equinox simultaneously evokes sentiments both of finality and of new beginnings. Electrical terminal manufacturers become more poetic than they have any need to be. Let’s have a look back at 2023 shall we?
Reflecting on a year of growth and change
2023 has been an incredibly busy year here at Total Connections 2009. The year has seen some new faces across the company. We have welcomed several new members to the team whilst others have moved on to pastures new. We’ve enjoyed a number of successes including a record month of sales and winning hard-earned business across the globe. We have also faced some challenges, such as adapting to the post-covid reality, navigating the ongoing uncertainty of Brexit, and coping with increased competition in the market. But we have overcome these difficulties with resilience, creativity, and teamwork.
One of our main focuses this year has been on our new building, which continues to progress. The new location has been made possible thanks to some great achievements in the past and will contribute to our future success. We are proud to have been involved in the preparation and planning of the new site.
Celebrating Our Successes in 2023
Despite the challenges we’ve faced, as already mentioned we’ve had some great successes too. We have continued to win some great business thanks to our top quality products and competitive prices. Our adaptability remains one of our greatest assets. We innovate wherever and whenever necessary, ensuring that our products suit their purpose exactly. Not a week goes by here where even the greatest challenge isn’t met with more enthusiasm than frustration.
We have continuously increased our product range in response both to immediate needs and a sense of general market requirements. We have invested heavily in equipment and ensured the very best people are employed to operate it. Across the business, we are ensuring that we have the people, the resources and the skills required to deliver value and quality. This ethos extends from before materials even enter the building, to well after product has left. We value our relationships with suppliers and customers alike and work very much in partnership with industry leaders.

Looking forward to 2024, we are optimistic that we will continue to grow and thrive as a company. Total Connections have a clear vision, a strong strategy, and a talented and diverse workforce. We have many opportunities to expand our reach, improve our processes, and innovate our solutions.
