Bent Lugs

Our TCHD-B series bent copper tube lugs are precision-engineered and manufactured in the UK. They provide reliable and efficient electrical connections for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. Designed for use in systems up to 3.3 kV, these lugs are made of high-quality materials to meet demanding electrical requirements.

Available in standard angles of 90° (TCHD-B90) and 45° (TCHD-B45), as well as custom angles. Our bent lugs offer flexibility for installations in tight or complex spaces, saving time and simplifying wiring.

Manufactured from high-grade C106 seamless copper, these lugs ensure excellent electrical conductivity, low resistance, and long-term performance. The standard bright electro-tin plate finish provides corrosion resistance and a professional appearance. Other optional finishes, including matt tin, nickel, silver, and gold.

We also offer high-current and high-voltage components, including NIH-rated lugs, with full specifications available upon request. Each lug is designed to provide secure, durable connections while reducing heat build up and maintaining consistent performance even under challenging conditions.
