Dissimilar / Reducing Splices

Total Connections 2009 manufactures a full range of dissimilar (reducing) splices using C106 high-conductivity copper tube. This grade of copper is known as oxygen-free or phosphorus-deoxidised copper, chosen for its excellent electrical and mechanical properties.

Unlike conventional designs, our reducing splices are produced with a consistent outside diameter along the entire length. This unique feature means they can be installed quickly and efficiently on site using just one set of crimping dies.

Designed for durability, conductivity, and ease of installation, our C106 copper reducing splices deliver reliable performance across a wide range of applications. In addition to our standard range, we also manufacture bespoke reducing splices to meet specific customer requirements.

  • We also manufacture dissimilar splices to customers’ drawings.
  • All dis-splice connectors listed are generally available from stock or on short lead times.
  • Manufactured using 99.5% minimum copper content.
  • For use with flexible cables please call and speak to our sales team.
